Based on a ruling just handed down, this is very bad and very dangerous.
Anyone that runs a website or blog should be concerned about this. Everyone links to stuff; it’s a ‘web’. And where you may observe it with only a passing concern, someone else may deem it illegal.
I’m not discussing the content itself, I’m discussing just the link. Contemplating that idea you’ve to think and realize that Google is guilty of this right now. I don’t have to speculate about this; I know they are.
I don’t have to go far to prove this. All I’ve to do is review my site logs and see what people are searching for when they’re searching Google.

I like to try to spend some of my time visiting the Microsoft forums for Windows Live Writer to help other users get information to help them do better for figure something out; it’s just something I like to do. But simply doing a search on the Windows Live Writer forum is not going to help you that much.
But also, I report each month on how my site is doing and who makes the most crawls on my site and who refers to me the most.
The common issue here is BING.

I was in a discussion the other day with some friends and it was so interesting that it deserves to be written down and shared.
I’m not disgusted with Google and I don’t totally distrust them, but they do control or have access to a lot of information. I mean a lot of information. And when your talking about a company that deals with a lot of information, you really need to ask yourself, ‘what are they doing with it?’ or ‘what can they do with it?’

The RSS subscriptions for LEHSYS were up 52% from the previous month and page views were up about 25%. And as always, I want to thank all the new visitors dropping by.
My discussion forums are not as active as I’d like, but if someone sees something, I’m sure they’ll speak up. There’s lots of times I read articles and then just say nothing.
So, this is my report card…

The common Internet community has known that Microsoft LIVE search sucked hard; it couldn’t find water if it was under it.
Now that Yahoo! has been taken over by Microsoft, it’s like combining to search engine websites and only one lack luster search engine, but does this mean it’s going to be better or more widely accepted? I think not.
In my eyes, Microsoft is comical. They are advertising Bing on TV with these silly commercials with people that have apparently searched and found a bunch of information they don’t need. And with Bing you will. –No I don’t think so.
