How to: Install Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 on Windows 7 64-bit

Nuance has officially announced that they will now support Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 on on a 64-bit operating system, but I have successfully installed Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 on Windows this to 64-bit and Windows 7 64-bit.   Installation process for this versus Windows 7 for Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9 is virtually identical.
