AT&T Sucks! They aren’t going to have our phone/Internet svc hooked up for 5 days. They don’t even come out to verify it’s working anymore. [lehenryjr]
twitter (feed #2)
AT&T reps say for new home svc.. the svc will be turned on sometime between 8am and 8pm…so much for customer svc! AT&T you suck. [lehenryjr]

I ship’d pakg w/USPS 3 wks ago & it’s not there yet. Call’d USPS to trak it; nuthin they can do- they tell me ‘use someone else next time’. [lehenryjr]
twitter (feed #2)
Don’t ship with USPS; they don’t guarantee a time when it’ll be there; just that it’ll get there at some point. & cost less with FedEx/UPS. [lehenryjr]
twitter (feed #2)
Why do you have to get phone svc, if all you want is DSL Internet svc? Actual phone svc is not required for Internet- only the phone line. [lehenryjr]
