When I called about getting the upgrade to v.10 (I couldn't download it) they asked me where I got it and when I said "Target" they said OK, since you got it at Target you only have to pay the $9.95 S&H. That's $10 off the price I was quoted online. Every little bit helps.

Many thanks for posting this tip. Does the combination still work with Firefox 3.6? I don’t mind disabling other add-ons temporarily, but losing Blog This in Windows Live Writer would be a deal-breaker for me!

I've been using an external hard drive for 5 years on my internal home server, but the simple fact is, you simply start running out of room and with hard drive getting bigger everyday; I think it's a logistical nightmare from some users. When they get to that point of shock and realize they need a backup, I wonder if it's going to be like getting ready to climb a huge mountain with now gear, and no idea how to get gear.

I just started getting into backing up my data. I do a combination of DVD burning and backing up to an external hard drive. All of my music is saved in itunes but I started backing up this library to DVDs. It took about 7 DVDs to backup all my music. I used this guide to do it http://www.macworld.com/article/146811/2010/03/it... I also have an external hard drive that I let Windows 7 use to backup the rest of my data.

Very helpful and I will study this carefully. I have been using Live Writer very successfully with the Athenium theme but am changing to the Thesis theme (Athenium's SEO is miserable). Now my thumbnails aren't showing up on Thesis. My programmer instructed me to add the photo URL into Thumbnail, which then duplicates my pix, argh.____I prefer how Live Writer helps with photo frames, contrast, etc. Wordpress posting platform is dull. Do you know of a way to program Live Writer to add the thumbnail to Thesis?____Thanks in advance.
