Hard Drive Space Questions Your Backup Method
The current technology trends dictate that hard drive storage for PCs keep growing. Hard drive space continues to grow at an exponential rate while the price of the hard drives continue to drop.
When I hear individuals talking about purchasing a new PC, and they give me the specifications about the processor, memory and hard drive space; I really start wondering if this individual understands what they’re really saying.
Newer desktop machines are being purchased with larger hard drives, somewhere in the neighborhood of 750 to 1 TB of hard drive space available. And while this may be fine and dandy, this brings up the subject of how does this information get backed up and are people thinking about this when their systems are purchased?
