Every year you online shoppers get to enjoy the Internet shopping experience as it should be; you purchase items and they’re shipped to you free of charge. For the most part it doesn’t matter what you buy, as long as you buy something, they’ll pay to have it shipped to you…
I’ve had adapters from Hong Kong shipped to me and I’ve had 4 car tires shipped to me for nothing; no cost to me. You purchase it and they ship it to you. That’s something I really like about the holiday season; retailer start being a little more easy on the ‘jerk’ policies and really pull the customers in.
If you work the holiday season right, you could do all your holiday season shopping online and never leave your home. Friends and relatives in far places, you can just order it and have it delivered to them. Why should you drive when there’s couriers out there already fighting for your business. Take advantage of it…
As I was checking out Froogle, but it could be just about any site right about now; right up until Christmas. But most sites are taking orders, for free shipping; places like Wal-mart, Target, Sears, Best Buy, NewEgg.com and many others.
And for the ones that say you have to buy X amount of things to get free shipping; I say stop hasseling me— and go else where.
With Froogle I can see what the prices are very quick and who’s attempting to compete… Searching ffor the lowest price and free shipping. Of course, do your shopping, but come back to Froogle and see if they’ve got tthe same items, where, how much and how low.
You can even work with those other stores that perhaps not offer free shipping to you, but may offer free shipping to one of their stores close by… those aren’t bad deals either…
But once you get past that, there’s the stress issue of where are all my packages. And all these stores have their own contracts with couriers, like FedEx and UPS and etc., but I like to use an universal website that works with all the carriers. I like to use…TrackthePack.com
You just punch in the tracking number that’s provided to you after the purchase and let the website do the work for you. I like using this site because it accepts all tracking numbers and then if you sign up for a free account, they can send you emails, texts or RSS notifications of where the packages are. There’s no worries. And the tracking of the packages is easy.
Just another reason to avoid the rush, the traffic and save your money, and sanity.
