Windows Live Writer has many advantages over other blogging editors, but the fact it has extensions and allows others to add-on to the program is the great part.

A new plug-in lets you update Facebook when you publish your new article/blog.

Windows Live Writer has other social bookmarking tools that work with Facebook, but here’s another one.

You visit the Windows Live Writer gallery site, download the plug-in and run the installer; it takes just a few seconds.

It’s not listed as other plug-ins are, it’s actually found in the options>plugins.

Seeing this here, it’s active.

You continue using Windows Live Writer as you normally do and then when your ready, PUBLISH your blog. You’ll be prompted to push this to your Facebook account; say YES or NO.

It connects with Facebook and goes in to authorization.

The information is sent to your Facebook WALL.
